What is your deposit amount to reserve the room & date? 25 % deposit What is the food & beverage price range? $20 - $30 per person. Do you have a cake cutting fee? No  What are some complimentary rental items you include? Tables and chairs, glassware, utensils Perks and benefits of booking with your venue? No clean up fee!  Tell us about your chef? Our Executive Chef has been in the industry for over 20 years and would love to customize the wedding menu of your dreams.  Do you offer any audio or visual equipment? I have a microphone and sound system for no additional fee. Screen and projector $50 rental fee. What are your bar options? Cash bar, open bar and portable bar options. Do you have a children's menu?
