Do you charge a consultation fee?
Come meet with us for a completely FREE consultation. We will toss around ideas, give expert advice, and detail an itemize quote for you at absolutely no charge.
Do you delivery and set up everything?
We are a full service flower shop so we will give you the cost breakdown to have us come deliver, set up, transition (if needed), break down and pick up; whether it's a late night pick up, the next day pick up, or following Monday pick up- we have got you covered.
Do you have a limit to how far you will travel?
Under no circumstances is there any where we won't go! We have done weddings in Port Charlotte, North Port, Punta Gorda, Boca Grande, Englewood, Arcadia, Venice, Sarasota, Bradenton, Fort Myers, Naples, Okeechobee, Tampa, Gainesville, Port St. Joe in the Florida Panhandle. We have been to Maryland, Wisconsin, North Carolina and Georgia. As Donna likes to say- "Have design knife, will travel."
Do you offer any discounts?
Typically you can find us handing out some pretty snazzy offers at the local bridal shows. We also offer bulk order flowers at a discounted price in case your feeling your inner floral designer kick in and want to make your own designs. We strongly encourage you to share your budget with us so we can strive to make your dreams come to life with the budget you have in mind.
What are some average price points for your services?
Bridal bouquets typically range between $145- $350 with average costs between $200- $225.
Bridesmaids bouquets between- $69.95- $149.95
Boutonnieres ranging from $14.95- $24.95
Corsages from $29.95-$39.95 for pin on to $39.95- $59.95 for wristlet
Floral crowns and halos ranging from $49.95 to $99.95
Small centerpieces ranging from $25- $65
Medium centerpieces ranging from $75-$150
Large centerpieces ranging from $175 and up
Ceremony flowers and aisle decor vary by style
Garlands & petals price vary by length

How does payment work?
We accept a 25% deposit and a signed contract to seal the deal here at PCF. Your balance and final numbers are needed 3 weeks out from your event. At that time any last minute big changes will need to be finalized. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can make payments in person or over the phone. We are easy peasy!
How does your planning and coordination services work?
Depending on your planning needs we offer a wide range of price points for our planning and coordinating services. Our day of coordination starts at $1,595, partial planning begins at $2,595 and full service planning beginning at $3,995. Travel is generally included up to a 15 mile radius and minimal travel fees apply after that.
General Time Frame:
Day of Coordination (3-4 weeks before the wedding)
Partial Planning (3- 6 months before the wedding)
Full Service Planning (6 - 12 months before the wedding)
